En el an?o 1.900 no habi?a pra?cticamente especialidades me?dicas en nuestro pai?s. Solamente se teni?an las especialidades de medicina, cirugi?a y obstetricia. Por otra parte nos podemos preguntar: ¿que? ocurri?a en el mundo me?dico, en la ciudad de Caracas durante la cuarta de?cada del siglo XX?
